- You, as a TA Sourcer will help identify the needs of the organization and will be responsible for the management of projects to identify and onboard great talent.
A Few Key Responsibilities Include the Following:
Recruiting
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet hiring requirements.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine the kind of professional who would be an ideal fit.
- You, at all times, will be in touch with candidates and help onboard new hires.
- Source and hire across all Engineering teams; helping to drive our product and ultimately continue to expand our business globally.
Stakeholder Management
- Maintaining relationships with both internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Effectively manage relationships with agencies.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in technical recruitment with Product companies or Startups.
- Strong Technical Sourcing Expertise - Functional knowledge & Tech acumen: the role requires you to be very hands-on with Sourcing through various Social & Professional Networking channels.
- A motivated and tenacious individual with a passion for recruiting.
