As a Talent Acquisition Campus Hiring Lead, you are expected to Strategize Innovate campus hiring across the board

  • Experience of hiring variety of volume through campus
  • Great existing network with Tier 1 and 2 Engineering and management colleges / universities across India
  • Ability to introduce new / non branded organisations to campus hires and create excitement of opportunities
  • Strong hold on market intelligence and ability to plan campus drives for variety of demands parallel
  • Ability to build new associations and in-depth knowledge of MOUs for different universities and colleges. Able to engage with TPOs of all levels and calibre.
  • Sound understanding of pulse and motivation of college graduates and give relevant insights to branding team
  • Ability of creating an end-to-end engagement and learning plan for campus hires
  • Experience of working with senior executives eg: SVP and beyond.
  • Prepare and maintain relevant MIS and on time reporting across board.
  • In-depth knowledge of the recruiting landscape with ability to produce external trends, market intelligence, Pay Parity Compensation benchmark, and industry insights
  • Manage Reports Analytics of day-to-day recruitment transactions for senior leader s review
  • Build and execute internship programs
  • Prior experience of interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, perform under pressure and defined timelines

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability in traditional sourcing techniques utilized for sourcing top talent
  • Experience implementing sourcing strategies that address both short-term and long-term hiring needs
  • Knowledgeable in advanced sourcing tools and techniques
  • Ability to build, cultivate, and activate relationships with candidates
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional partners to execute on sourcing strategies that resulted in achieving a common hiring goal
  • Track record of successfully delivering against assigned goals within a given deadline and flawlessly executing in a very fast-paced environment
