As the team leader for mobile app development, you should have understanding of both the Android and iOS platforms as well as experience in managing software development projects from cradle to grave. You will work closely with Project Managers to interpret requirements and plan and manage app developments to agreed schedules, budgets and quality criteria using in-house and remote resources.

 

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

 

 

A minimum of 2 years experience leading a software development team

 

 

6 years or more experience in Programming software applications

 

 

3 years or more experience in mobile app development

 

 

Well Conversant on iOS along with other mobile platform for Mobile Application Development and integration .

 

 

SOAP and Restful APIs.

 

 

Experience developing mobile apps that use web services

 

 

Knowledge of JAVA and Objective C

 

 

Good Understanding of Git and version control .

 

 

Worked on Google Map, Google API .

 

 

Facebook and Google Login Integration.

 

 

Worked on firebase and Push Notification .

 

 

Experience with third Party Libraries integration.

 

 

Knowledge of Managing Crash analytics .

 

 

Should have experience on payment Gateway Integration .

 

 

Work on MVC, MVP and MVVM.

 

 

Experience with open-source library like dagger, Rxjava.

 

 

Exposure to SLA (Service Level Agreement) creation and Management.

 

 

Exposure in metrics collection and reporting.

 

 

Knowledge expertise of Project Management principles, methods techniques.

 

 

Experience in client server, web services, n-tier architecture.

 

 

Should have executed at least one project from start to finish using Android.

 

 

The position requires an expert understanding of complex, multi-phased projects and the flexibility to work with multi-disciplinary, diverse and dynamic teams to deliver integrated solutions.

 

 

Candidate should be Quality and cost driven with strong oral and written communication, interpersonal.

• Solid understanding of client-server development in mobile environment, proven architect skills

   

• Strong competency in one or more cross-platform mobile frameworks, such as Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin

   

• Production deliveries on both iOS and Android with an example portfolio of available apps on the App Store and Google Play (preferred, not required)

   

• Experience building shared libraries in use across multiple teams and products android shared user experiences across web and mobile products

   

• Understanding of Googles Material Design and Apples HIG and experience with building or leveraging design systems on mobile platforms

   

• Knowledge of animation systems, transition effects, and UX best practices is a plus!

   

• Experience with Agile product development (Scrum or Kanban preferred)
