Roles and Responsibilities
- Involve in qualification of opportunities, solution design, project and support estimates, customer presentations, building relevant demos and proof of concepts, providing SME knowledge to the delivery practice, answering tender responses and creating supporting proposals
- The role holder will work closely with the sales and bid teams on existing opportunities and will be used to inputting into the complete sales life cycle
- Technology pre-sales role in tech consulting, understanding customer needs, identifying and designing solutions
- Primarily a Customer Facing role
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good Verbal, Written Communication skills
- Tech Pre-Sales, Solution Design, RFP, RFI, Technical Consulting
- Strong understanding in IT Governance, cyber security, Vulnerability management and Application scanning
- Sound understanding of Enterprise Security Solutions such as WAF, IPS/IDS, DDoS, Firewalls, Anti-Virus, Malware, Database activity monitoring, Data Loss prevention, Proxy solutions and SIEM tools
- Experience of working NOC & SOC Operations teams
- Must have experience across common industry security policy areas, including, but not limited to ISO, NIST, SANS, OWASP, COSO, COBIT, SOC 2 and others
