Responsibilities

• Plan and designate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Hold regular sprint meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
• Measure product performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
• Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.

• 8 years of product development and project management related experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proven ability to handle Version Control, REST API and Microservice Architecture.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools like Jira and Git, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience seeing product through the full life cycle
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Worked on JAVA and MySQL is must and Angular, React Native is good to have.
