EXPERIENCE: 14 - 18 YEARS WORK LOCATION: Hyderabad, Bangalore and Pune (JAVA)

DESCRIPTION Currently we are looking for a Technical Project Manager (Java /Bigdata) for our India offices to make the team even stronger. The Technical Project Manager is accountable for the overall Planning and budgeting at Project-level, Monitoring and control on Stream / Project, Tailor SDLC for a full project, client satisfaction and management of expectations while ensuring that the work is on strategy, on time and within budget.

Technical Project Manager

1. SDLC

a. Able to understand business problem

b. Able to understand the current state and proposed state

c. Able to understand big picture of client

d. Able to suggest prioritization in terms of business problems

***2. Agile Methodology / Project Management

a. Able to plan (In the Agile model, PI Planning, Backlog grooming, Sprint planning, Stand up, Sprint demo , review retrospectives, DoD etc.,)

b. Able execute (Able to make sure the team is delivering the commitments by removing impediments and extending needed support to the team)

c. Able to report the progress and metrics (Weekly reports, Agile metrics, burn down, Business value etc.,)

d. Able to escalate in timely manner (Risk and Issue handling)

***3. Technology exposure (And their importance in agile context)

a. Understand of technical architecture (Hands on not needed, Understanding of various components and what is their purpose)

b. Understanding of ENG/coding best practices (Along with tools they have used on their projects)

c. Understanding of CI/CD Process with Tools

d. Understanding of Test Automation

e. Knowledge of Latest technologies (Microservices, NO SQL, AWS/Azure/Google cloud etc., and how they use the cloud)
