As a Technical Recruiter you will play a key role in the recruiting of various positions in the company. Your primary job responsibilities include:-
- Managing and driving recruitment activities for various open positions
- Sourcing, screening, and short listing resumes from various sources
- You will also be responsible for initial phone screening of candidates to assess communication and background
- Interacting with stakeholders in India and US and updating them about the open roles
- Offer negotiation and ensuring a seamless interview process for both the candidate and hiring manager
- Updating the ATS (Greenhouse)
- Be responsible for core HR functions like Induction and Employee Engagement
