This position develops customer satisfaction by providing implementation and support services. Technical Services Specialist should be able to work well with other teams to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, Seamlessly transition customer/projects from the implementation phase to software support. Serve as a resource and must be able to proactively interact with other departments to identify and resolve customer focused issues.
Responsibilities
Evidence of basic Citrix education /SQL education and training;
Interacts with internal and external customers to plan and coordinate Lumedx Products implementations;
Provides Lumedx Products System Administration training and education;
Supports the LUMEDX Help Desk;
Reports software issues and potential feature enhancements to improve the Lumedx Products;
Prepares technical solution drawings utilizing software tools;
Represents LUMEDX through professional interactions with all internal and external clients;
Serves as a client advocate through product and implementation improvement collaboration;
Increases and maintains technical knowledge related to Lumedx Products;
Continuously seeks to increase technical knowledge of other LUMEDX software products;
Should be proficient in resolving SQL database issues in the client environment;
Complies with all company policies and procedures;
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
BE in Computer Science, Bachelor in Comp Science/Masters in Comp Science or Bachelor in Comp Application/Master in Comp Application from an accredited college or University;
4-9 years experience implementing any software solutions;
4-9 years experience in providing technical support to the customers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, operate a personal computer, visually inspect forms, conduct oral communication via telephone and in person, retrieve and return files in storage cabinets, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Employees are also expected to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
