JD:

1. Strong in Teradata DBA

2. He should be a production support lead

3. Should have a total experience of 10+ years

4. Able to handle the production tickets P1/P2/P3 & P4 as per the SLA

5. Able to give technical directions to the team to resolve the tickets.

6. Good stakeholder management

7. Able to plan the production support as per the time window (i.e. 24/7 or 12/5 ) depending on the support time window
