• Develops in-depth understanding of the business, business requirements and accordingly the functional and non-functional requirements of the platform.
• Designs and executes overall test strategy which includes identifying test scenarios, test cases, expectations, boundary conditions etc.
• Take ownership of multiple large features and guide QA team through timely execution
• Tracks and measures the QA progress, prepares various dashboard reports for the same.
• Constantly keep in touch with various stakeholders to be abreast with changing requirements
• Constantly look for opportunities to be more efficient through automation of repeatable tasks.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Agile / Scrum testing life cycle understanding
• Ability to adapt to a start-up environment.
• Good experience in writing test cases / Test plans and prioritize testing activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Passion for technology, customers
• Ability to work in a team and individually
• Action Oriented
• Automated testing experience would be an added advantage

• BE or BTech or equivalent degree with strong Mathematics and Statistics foundation
