- Good at conceptual thinking amid strong aptitude to understand the needs of customers, user behavior patterns and user experience that can be transformed into appealing deliverables
- A go-getter who can bring in fresh approaches and ideas to each project
- Strong knowledge of the entire user interface design process and methodology
- Updated on current and best UI design practices in lines with the industry standards. Is passionate and forward thinking about interface design, and is well ahead of the current design trends.
- Strong communication skills to conduct team huddles, and to interact with clients providing updates and guidance as needed.
- Exceptional self-management dexterity backed with the ability to work as a strong contributing member of a disciplined team
- Should be a good reader, observer, with a love for smartphones and apps
