JOB DETAIL

  • Monitor and implement the Financial strategies and plans in consultation with CFO and Management.
  • To lead and oversee the organization accounting function
  • Manage the capital budget in consultation with Management
  • Ensure the winning relationships for financial business tie ups
  • Monitor cost reduction and systems enhancement initiatives of the function
  • Ensure proper cashflow management
  • Maximizes return on Company s invested funds
  • To provide, oversee and control financial information
  • Advice action on risk issues to audit committee .
  • Be a integral support for the Management, working on future financial and growth plans of the company
  • Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements
  • Construct and monitor reliable control systems.
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors.
  • Maintain banking relationships. Represent the company with investments and top management and investors.
  • Implement accounting best practices as prevalent in the industry.
