To lead digital transformation efforts of the organization in becoming a full service digitally enabled, mobile first, financial solution provider, including but not limited to personal finance, trading, investing, wealth management and advisory. Generating new business opportunities, revenue streams and customer services from the adoption of digital technologies for broking and other financial products to service and advisory.

To lead and drive digital customer acquisition, and engagement on digital platforms with various products and micro service offerings. To devise and implement a business model evolution from a hub-spoke business model to a low touch self-service business. To manage various systems, products and services of the existing business.

To lead, manage and drive all customer centric offerings such as Trading Application, Mutual Funds Investment application and so on. To enable cross selling and up-selling of various financial and investment products for the existing customer base in B2B and B2C channels strategically in tandem with the business team for offline and online customers.

To prepare and implement marketing plans and strategies to ensure best practices for brand promotion with social media and digital marketing avenues. To ensure high synergies and efficiencies in internal systems and customer touch points Prepare strategies for seamless cross-sell of product and services across all channels.
