Summary
We are looking for experienced, dynamic, tech-savvy, and flexible HR Executive for managing & supervising day to day HR department activities like Employee Onboarding, Induction, Recruitment, Attendances, Grievance, Employee engagement, Punctuality, Leaves, Resignation & Separation, Employee performance-related matters. Along with excellent written & verbal communication skills, the aspirant candidate must need to have the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality inside the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Report to HR Manager about routine executions directed by higher authorities regarding HR Department operations
- Looks after & Supervise day to day Employee Work summaries, Attendances, Grievance, Punctuality, Leaves, Employee performance-related matters
- Ensuring that data of all the employees are up-to-date in the Emipro ERP system
- Carry out the pre-recruitment processes like background verification, medical verification, etc.
- Carry out formal paper processes like sending offer letter, appointment letter, job confirmation letter, collecting documents from the candidate, etc of Pre-hiring activities with the co-ordination of the recruitment department
- Co-ordinate to the recruitment department & execute onboarding, orientation & induction process for new joiners directed by HR Manager
- Managing all the pre-induction activities of new joiners like preparing systems, finalizing the workplace, etc.
- Regularly educate Emipro employees on company policies (including maintaining decency, appropriate dress, social media usage, personal belongings & mobile usage, permissions, etc.), Revise & Keep Employee Handbook up to date with the direction of HR Manager
- Acts as an intermediate between the HR Manager and employees
- Looks after that all the employees appropriately follow Emipro policies & programs and report to HR manager in any case of violation in HR policies by Employee
- Organize and coordinate on grievance redressal requests by employees and convey critical requests to HR Manager
- Reviewing & Executes Benefits Plan made by HR Managers
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and beneficial for both Emipro and it s employees
- Nurture cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
- Ensure & Collect self-assessment reports from Employees before their yearly performance appraisal time and submit to HR Manager
- Update Job Position, Job Contract & Salary structure in the ERP system with the direction from the Payroll Department right after promotion/increment done for any Employee
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Encourage Employees to participate in company events & social media activities initiated by Emipro
- Executing and coordinating to Resignation, Termination & Exit formalities
- Maintaining a warm relation with employees
- Coming up with innovative office area utilization ideas
- Managing e-waste of the company by coordinating with agents
- Assessing and analyzing training needs and coordinate it until it is conducted
- Ensure public announcements through the Emipro ERP system about each critical company related matter like holidays, new policies, new systems, etc.
- Handling Petty cash and its expenditures
- Ensure the companys website to be updated in regards to any employee-related information
- Executing overall HR operations throughout all the departments in a smooth manner
- Prepare monthly reports for all admin department related activities and submit it to the HR manager
Required Skills
- Must having MBA with HR or equivalent educational degree
- Overall 2+ Years of Experience as on the role of HR Executive in the IT Industry
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- High Fluency in the English language
- Must have the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Must have professional documentation & email writing skills & should be proficient with tools like Google/Microsoft Word & Excel or related software
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Excellent record-keeping & data entry skills
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
