Backend CSS Front end Wordpress Corporate PHP Server management HTML Management Troubleshooting

A Strong frontend (CSS/HTML) along with experience with responsive design.
A history of successful WP projects (at least a few years of direct experience)
Proven ability to build custom applications and plugins
Examples of using WP for sites that arent blogs or basic corporate sites (use for application dev); examples of using WP for something custom
Background in using custom post types in development
Experience with migrating data from instance to instance including custom data and plugin data
Background with managing WP upgrades including testing and troubleshooting
At least a bit of backend knowledge for basic security, server migration, server management, etc (not required, but would be a big help)
