Ror Resque Rspec Ruby Rails

Strong communication skills
Deep understanding of Ruby
Working experience of Ruby on Rails with complex applications
Must know - Design Patterns, Callbacks, Associations, Model Validations, Concerns to name a few
Postgresql and Sql working knowledge
Must have worked with Git extensively
Strong Debugging skills
Ability to design database architecture and build efficient, maintainable, reusable ruby code.
Working knowledge of Rspec and should be aware of testing fundamentals.
Ability to understand the problem and introduce the working solution.
Ability to contribute and communicate with the team.
AWS knowledge
Experience with Javascript and frontend frameworks like React or Angular or Vuejs is a plus or should be willing to learn.
