Roles and Responsibilities

Strong knowledge on End users computing, basic Servers/Network/Antivirus
Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software and OS problems remotely.
Manage remotely service requests, software installations, new Computer/Servers and Mac setups, upgrades, etc.
Remotely Installation of Microsoft windows / Server OS / O365/Antivirus applications etc.
Knowledge on LAN/WAN and Access Points.
Support the following technologies: Windows/Microsoft/Server OS/Media software and AWS etc.
Knowledge of AD Management (User ID creation/deletion & password unlock).
Knowledge on end user backup software (PST Back up/Profile Backup & Data backup).
Good Knowledge on Antivirus Server Management.
Ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support calls.
Maintain overall ownership of user’s issue & service ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable
Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory.
