Location - Navi Mumbai (Mahape) Shift Timings : Fixed Day Shift Salary : As per industry norms

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsibility of handling inbound calls regarding HL (Home Loan), Loan Against Property (LAP) and Investment Plans.
  • Responsible for quality and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
  • Timely resolution of customer queries/issues.

Required Candidate profile

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Inbound Customer Service experience.
  • Graduate fresher.
  • Preference to candidates from banking industry.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Adaptability / Flexibility.
  • Ownership and initiative.

Qualification : Graduation Fresher or HSC + Inbound experience can apply

Age Criteria : 32 (Running)
