JOB DETAIL

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Desktop/Laptop/Thin client troubleshooting for Windows and Linux OS
  • MS Outlook/Outlook Express/Thunderbird or any other email client support support
  • Good understanding of Basic network support and troubleshooting
  • Aware of basic corporate infrastructure concepts like AD, DNS, DHCP, WiFi, RDP, AV, VM (Citrix/VMware/Nutanix/Citrix), MDM, Backup, VLAN, VPN, Proxy, FTP, File server, Firewall, Router, switch, DLP, Printer, Projector etc.
  • Manage TAT and escalate ticket in time
  • Maintain the productivity and compete in team
  • Take ownership of task parallel and handle with accountability
  • Well equipped with hardware related calls for (Desktop/Laptop/Thin client)
  • Other OS related troubleshooting, AD related troubleshooting etc.
  • Good Analytical skill
