JOB DETAIL

  • Preparing Job Description for smooth and relevant hiring.
  • Should be an expert in hiring from all the manpower sourcing platforms (Offline and Online) for Eg - IT Trainers, IT Professionals, Team Members etc. Conducting productive recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
  • Conducting productive recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating employee life cycle.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (Individual verification files and identity, database, etc.) of each employee
  • Maintaining HR records, such as Attendance/ Biometrics, Leaves, Holidays, Medicals Maternity, renewable policies etc.
  • Should have strong knowledge of implementing all the employee related policies such as Grievances, Behaviour, Appraisal, Clear Desk, policies etc.
  • Should generate reports on internal audits of Database, Infrastructure, Company Assets.
  • Conducting various employee engagement activities on a timely basis.
  • Should have fair knowledge of escalation matrix
  • Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines
  • Should be actively involved in all the institutional activities like Festive celebrations, campus activities, exhibition fairs, cultural and CSR Activities etc.
  • Any other work allotted by the management.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience of handling operations
  • Experience of hiring technical software trainers is mandatory
  • Graduates or MBA would be prefered
  • IT Educational or any other educational platform experience would be given a first priority.
  • Experience of recruiting Technical and Software Trainers is shall be a plus point
