Role Goal(OKR) Management-Ensure timely Goal setting evaluation cycle every half year
- Employee Engagement -Should oversee and manage all aspects of employee engagement and will determine, based on different analysis and data channels, what changes can be made to improve employee engagement within the company.
- Create a strategy that will increase employee engagement, productivity, and work quality.
- Ensure timely Role review during project completion/appraisal time
- Support Associate GM in monthly Performance review
- Create update policies as per the need of the organization
- Identify propose at least 2 new Benefit/Compensation related plans in a year
- Report Management -OKR or Goal related reports, Employee Engagement Analysis reports, Resource master reports
