Experience in Export Import logistics business process, including knowledge in documentation, customs clearance procedures, sound knowledge in EXIM license/incentive process and Trade finance area.

- Should be able to discuss with business users, gather requirements and document the same.
- Should be able to transform the requirements with development team
- Handling end to end nEXIM customer support
- Interact with customers to understand the tickets raised by them and work internally with technical team to resolve the same as per the agreed SLA.
- Prepare BRD for changes/new requirements, detail the same to customer and get sign off. Subsequently, explain the same to technical team and initiate development
- Provide adequate support to the development team, test the changes/developments to ensure that it doesn t impact over whole solution, and it is working as per the BRD
- Work with business team to test the corrections/changes/new requirements on time and receive sign off
- Work with product management team and share commonly identified requirements that may be included in the product feature list
