Roles and Responsibilities

  • Its a purely B2B Sales profile. The schools/clients will have to be mapped by the person. 
  • The entire life cycle of an account is managed by a single salesperson.    
  • After acquiring the client the job requires getting the maximum share of the business.               
  • There are multiple contact points in all the clients and the most common touchpoints are Principals, Teachers, and HOD.   

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Knowledge of territory.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Hard negotiating skills.
  •  Good interpersonal relationship

Knowledge / Education

  •    Should be a graduate
  •    Should preferably have exposure to the Educational Sales industry.
  •    Should be a part of the hardcore Business development team (field sales)
  •    Should understand Business Dynamics.
