Roles and Responsibilities
- Its a purely B2B Sales profile. The schools/clients will have to be mapped by the person.
- The entire life cycle of an account is managed by a single salesperson.
- After acquiring the client the job requires getting the maximum share of the business.
- There are multiple contact points in all the clients and the most common touchpoints are Principals, Teachers, and HOD.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of territory.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Hard negotiating skills.
- Good interpersonal relationship
Knowledge / Education
- Should be a graduate
- Should preferably have exposure to the Educational Sales industry.
- Should be a part of the hardcore Business development team (field sales)
- Should understand Business Dynamics.
