JOB DETAIL

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
  • Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
  • Review resumes and applications
  • Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
  • Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates
  • Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate
  • Maintain employees leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees attendance / absenteeism and report to Operations Manager.
  • Setting up / Update / Forward email addresses for new employees and resigned employees
  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
  • Post job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee s
  • Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment.
  • At least 2-3 year working experience in the HR field is mandatory.
  • Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
  • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
  • Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedbackHuman resource management
