We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our support team in Trivandrum reporting to the senior manager of Enterprise Technical Support. In this role, you will work to continuously improve our AI-driven knowledge content, which is the key to the success of self-service, speed of onboarding, and quality of our knowledge base.

What you ll do:
- Obtain a deep understanding of the products and services to translate complex product information into simple and engaging content
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
- Operate as the liaison between internal customers and subject matter experts to create technical documents that convey accurate messaging for projects
- Monitor the quality of documentation in the knowledge environment
- Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement
- Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation
- Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
- Implement comprehensive technical documentation, feedback, and changes whenever possible
What you ll bring:
- Minimum 3 + years of related professional experience
- Experience in comprehensive technical writing and the ability to translate data into content
- Self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to work with minimal direction
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Effective stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor s degree or relevant experience required
What success looks like:
After six months, you will
- Understand our products and support processes
- Develop process improvements based on your experience
- Accurately report on progress and impact of the team
- Establish a regular cadence of communication with your stakeholders in support of management
After about a year, you will
- Be able to visualize the impact you make, internally and externally
- Drive new initiatives to enhance the success of the available knowledge within Infoblox
