Were looking for a highly skilled marketing director to help us promote our B2B offerings and our brand. Our ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding. S/he should have the ability to lead a team of marketing coordinators, executives, and briefing agencies on a regular basis. Experience with IT, Consulting, and Recruitment firms will be an added advantage.

Objectives of this Role

  • Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally
  • Oversee and lead the marketing department alongside the VP of marketing, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts
  • Conceptualize and lead marketing campaigns and events targeted at varied audience segments to attract talent pool as well as build a strong Aditi brand foothold in India and the U.S.
  • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and key market trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team
  • Mentor and coach the junior team members on matters related to marketing and career growth

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Developing and overseeing digital marketing campaigns
  • Performing competitive studies regularly and generating leads and revenue for business
  • Devising and executing marketing ideas and strategies with clearly defined objectives & KPIs
  • Organizing and managing promotional and branding activities to elevate the brand
  • Reviewing creative content for internal & external stakeholders and ensuring branding guidelines are followed to the T
  • Designing strategy decks and any related marketing collateral, as required
  • Maintaining websites, landing pages and reporting insights regularly
  • Planning and organizing events virtually and in-person
  • Managing and streamlining internal branding, processes, and organizations culture
  • Managing budgets, resources, and the team efficiently
  • Working with external partners to produce and curate content of visual impact per brand guideline

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns and events
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Domain experience with staffing and IT companies preferred
