QUALIFICATION:

• Engineering graduate, PG in marketing management will be preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Sales of construction equipment, preferably in concrete equipment. 2-4 years for Executives, 4-7 years for Assistant Managers and 7-10 years for Managers.

KNOWLEDGE:

• Required knowledge about Various concrete equipment and major players in the market, commercial aspect of sales.

SKILL:

• Good verbal and written communication, Self-drive, Negotiation.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Building and maintain relation with existing and potential customers Financiers. Lead Generation.
• Educating customer regarding company product services.
• Negotiations.
• Develop business opportunity.
• Cross selling of entire range of company product.
• Achieving sales targets in given territory.
