About the Role

The People & Culture Organization is looking to hire a Learning & Development Specialist with Coaching expertise who will be responsible for developing our employees through performance improvement and capability development.

In this role you would interact with people across various organizations, roles, and levels, identify performance improvement and capability development needs, deliver coaching to help improve the performance and capability of our employees, benchmark and report performance and capability themes, and propose upstream performance improvement and capability development opportunities to prevent performance deficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have strong English verbal and written communication skills, listening skills, self and social awareness, question skills, and problem-solving skills to communicate effectively and provide the highest quality coaching experience to our employees. This role sits on the Global Learning & Development Team that is a part of the People and Culture Organization. This is a newly established team; therefore, this role can help establish and grow Aditis Learning and Development (L&D) offerings from the ground up.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs analysis in partnership with key L&D stakeholders and function leaders.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching session with employees on an individual development plan to help them meet the performance expectations of their role.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with employees identified as high-potential or high-performance candidates for capability development to grow their careers at Aditi.
  • Development tracking and reporting mechanisms for all coaching interactions.
  • Establish user-friendly coaching tools for all coaching stakeholders.
  • Provide input to and help develop innovative, forward-looking, customizable L&D resources.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Learning & Development, Training and Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Adult Learning, Education, or related field.
  • 2+ years L&D experience.
  • 2+ years performance improvement and capability development coaching experience.
  • Coaching Certification preferred.
  • Understanding of L&D trends and best practices.
  • Understanding of adult learning theory, and capability assessment and evaluation.
  • Staffing Industry experience preferred.
  • Cross-shore and cross-team collaboration preferred.
  • Experience and proficiency with MS Office Suite tools.
  • Experience with LMSs and eLearning authoring software is a plus.
  • Experience developing and delivering L&D programs or learning modules in a variety of settings (virtual, hands-on/experiential, in-person, flip classroom, synchronous/asynchronous) for various leadership levels and roles is a plus.
  • Program Management experience is a plus.
  • Recruiting experience is a plus
