To conduct business requirements, understand as-is Microsoft Business Application, understand industry practice, document gaps, designing solutions specific for gap, develop solution, develop reports, prepare manuals, give end user training, perform quality analysis and testing, deploy solution in test / production system.

The Team Lead/Project Manager/ Senior Application Programmer woud have the following key responsibilities:

Should be able to gather requirement from client and cater to the needs

Task distribution within the team

Knowledge of preparing Software Requirement Specification (SRS)

Create Application Design as per SRS under guidance

Vision to understand business Process

Development / Programming as per Design Specification

Should have knowledge of Quality Analysis / Testing / Verification for the Developed Application

Deploy Application to Test / Production system for End-Customer

Assist in providing Instruction Manual

Help to provide End-User Training

Assist in Installation / Configuration of Client / Server Application

Skill sets we require:

Experience of 7 years in .Net Development mainly in WPF or Core 2.0 or any other development frame work Windows Application

Technical know-how of programming languages - C# .Net, WPF, WCF, MVC, .net Core 2.0 and Above

Technical know-how of Databases - MSSql, MySql

Should have experience in leadership position either team handling or project management leading techno- functional teams

PM Tools - Azure DevOps, GitHub, JIRA, Assana or any other

Linguistic skills require in English / Hindi / Gujarati

Fundamental Knowledge about OOP

Technical knowledge of Web Services, Web API and SDK
