Responsibilities:

• Provide innovative solutions to complex business problems TL
  Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications
• Working with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain business application
• Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
• Plan, develop and implement large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Understand and evaluate complex data models.
• Execute system development and maintenance activities
• Work with team members to design innovative software programs that improve and simplify experience for customers.
• Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.
• Remain current on new technologies and available vendor packages; evaluate and make recommendations as necessary.
• Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.
• Experience - Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience
