Experience: 6+ years in Marketing stream, Preferably from Tractor or Automotive Industry.
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Develop strategies and tactics for product marketing to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door, product promotion by driving ATL & BTL activities
- End to end product launch campaigns.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Ensure required marketing interventions to increase the market share in our focused markets, product wise, pricing factor.
- Able to visualize and make creatives
- Able to support ATL / BTL activities- planning, budgeting, execution etc.
- Should be able to handle marketing on various social media handles(Twitter/LinkedIn/Youtube) of the company
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Any Stream) + Post Graduation in Marketing
