We represent the Talent Acquisition team of Progment, we are looking for IT Recruiter for us with 4-5 years of Experience in technical talent acquisition, give you a quick brief, we are Promising, and Rapidly growing company with varied expertise across domains and professionals across multiple cities in India.
Roles& Responsibilities:
Minimum 4-5 years of Experience in IT Recruitment (technical talent acquisition).
Should be good at headhunting and sourcing IT profiles through LinkedIn and other Job boards/portals.
Experience in End - To - End IT Recruitment
Experience in sourcing Resumes , Screening via Tele-calls, and shortlisting the candidates.
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews Performing background and reference checks.
Arranging interviews and follow up.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Act as a single point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Understand requirements related to IT jobs and deliver qualified candidates.
Must have knowledge in Boolean search.
Strong Communication skills and Managerial Skills, Ability to learn quickly and to work individually / Team, as well as to collaborate with Managerial teams.
Prepare and issue offer letters to the selected candidates.
Negotiate and discuss salary with selected candidates
To monitor and check attendance regularization for all employees.
Support and execute payroll process by ensuring that the salary payout of unit happen within the specified TAT.
To resolve any discrepancies in payout and answer queries.
