Roles and Responsibilities
Revenue -
- Support Areas sales manager in increasing sales for designated area through generation of new business by maintaining regular contacts and good professional relationships with existing customers and proactively targeting new customers
- Meet the annual sales target set by the company for the region
- Identify new accounts for penetration and growth in the allocated geographic area working with the Area Sales Manager
- Regularly update sales app to ensure accurate reflection of sales/opportunity pipeline
Profitability-
- Manage payment collections within stipulated timeframes
- Ensure contribution margin targets are met while bidding for an order
Customer-
- Develop and manage strong relationships with allocated accounts in the region
- Ensure regular customer connect and high customer satisfaction level
- Collection of market intelligence with respect to SML wallet share in the key accounts, competitor asset deployment details and upcoming projects in the area
Qualification
Graduate in any technical discipline
MBA (preferred)
