Roles and Responsibilities :

*Directly responsible for routine working of Hematology Clinical Pathology in coordination with the team.

*Responsible to ensure timely delivery of reports according to the defined and promised TAT(Turn Around Time)

*Effective monitoring of the section in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.

*Effective quality management program for the section

*Administrative responsibilities of the Hematology/Clinical Pathology including, maintenance of equipment and inventory , personnel management on rotation with other consultants and assisted by senior technical staff of the section

Desired Candidate Profile :

MD Pathology OR DNB Pathology OR Diploma in Clinical Pathology with Experience of working in an Accredited lab is preferred(NABL/CAP)
