Manages local HR processes, e.g. employment contracts (capacity changes, new contracts, LoAs) aligned with local labor law
Provides expert knowledge on policies and procedures
Conducts exit interviews manages terminations (where needed) and draws conclusions
Supports Employee Affiliation activities along with Office Operations team, wherever needed
Runs regular Pulse check Surveys to determine People Satisfaction, analyze results and conceptualize, own and lead initiatives to improve overall people health and satisfaction metrics
Provide strategic HR leadership and consulting services to various business leaders as appropriate on people-related and strategic subjects, as well as advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
Works closely with the Centers of Excellence (Compensation and Benefits, Talent, HR Shared Services)
Clearly present information and prepare reports for management.
Actively participate in policy and procedure development.
Perform a wide variety of tasks; the ability to change focus quickly as demands change is essential.
Conduct investigations in employee and customer situations, including but not limited to, harassment, discrimination, and violation of company policies.
Use tact when expressing ideas or opinions.

Assist other HR areas as needed.

Desired Profiles
Masters in Human Resource Management Strong with relevant industry exposures
Human Resource generalist experience as an effective strategist and practitioner with a solid track record of successful execution of HR programs
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
Exceptional people skills, communication and facilitation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal relationship management skills with all levels of the organization
