The Senior Full Stack Developer reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for full stack web development. The is a truly green field opportunity with the opportunity to implement vision from coding standards to CI/CD process through deployment best practices. The optimal candidate will help grow this team to meet the needs of the business. This role includes architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for our Value Based Services line of business.
Duties of the Senior Full Stack Developer
- Ensuring solutions are resilient, scalable, secure, and efficient
- Creating software development standards and procedures
- Working with internal and external clients to understand requirements
- Implementing and maintaining web-based architecture
- Partnering with infrastructure team to ensure best of breed cloud presence
- Recognizing and advocating opportunities for excellence in process, architecture, and systems
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- 5+ years as a full stack software developer
- 2+ years working with React / .NET Core / SQLServer stack
- 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Expert knowledge of application security, especially in Microsoft Azure environment
- Expert knowledge of web services in Microsoft Azure environment
- Expert knowledge of React
- Expert knowledge of front-end web development such as HTML, CSS, and Redux
- Expert knowledge of state control
- Expert knowledge of creating RESTFul APIs with C#
- Expert knowledge of T-SQL and stored procedures in a Microsoft SQLServer environment
- Expert knowledge of quality assurance best practices in Azure cloud environment
- Expert knowledge of development processes such as Agile, Scrum, and CI/CD
- Expert knowledge of role-based permissions concepts
- Expert knowledge of source code control in Microsoft Azure Dev/Ops environment
- Demonstrated ability in prioritizing work in a logical manner
- Demonstrated ability in meeting deadlines with quality deliverables
- Demonstrated ability in ensuring compliance with industry standard policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
Preferred Experience
- Previous work with MSO, PSO, ACO, payor, health system, or similar organizations
- Previous work in value-based healthcare
- Microsoft Power BI helpful
- Additional training or certifications
