Your role as a Business System Analyst will be to gather requirements from various business domains (Engineering, Design, Supply Chain and Manufacturing and document them as

Business Requirement Document and Functional Requirement Document. You will collaborate with a team of data scientists, Data Engineers, Infra and other cross functional team to provide end to end solutions that create business value.

Key Responsibilities

•        Analyse complex business problems and identify opportunities for automation or process re-engineering using AI or other automated system solutions

•        Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for data analytics solutions

•        Ability to gather and document business requirements for data analytics projects

•        Guide users and stakeholders towards the most effective solution

•        Identify, evaluate, and develop systems requirements and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.

•        Support and work with legacy applications as required

•        Act as a project manager or participate in medium to large size projects, overseeing all phases from inception through post mortem

•        Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing to support IS and corporate initiatives

•        Lead cross-functional efforts to address business or systems issues

•        Assist the business unit in troubleshooting and solving business systems problems, such as ERP,PLM, CAD, and process problems.

•        Provide business unit systems customer support and act as a liaison with external vendors

•        Collaborate on the preparation of training material and deliver user training.

•        Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices

Skills Requirements

•        7+ years of experience in collecting requirements across software engineering, artificial intelligence use cases.

•        7+ Years of experience as Technical Program Management.

•        Exposure to Microsoft Azure or similar cloud computing ecosystem preferred.

•        Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

•        Ability to work independently and in a team to work productively with business stakeholders.

•        Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles (Tools – JIRA,

•        Confluence, Sprint Planning etc)

•        Ability to document BRDs, FRDs etc.

•        Proficiency in the IT systems and infrastructure commonly used in the semiconductor industry, including PLM, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and data analytics platforms.

•        Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices in the semiconductor industry, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

•        Knowledge of SQL and database management systems

•        Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI
