Mandatory requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in UI and interaction design for enterprise level web and mobile products in an eCommerce environment.
• Strong background and constantly up-to-speed on current UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Confidence working on complex web applications with B2B and B2C focused product UX/UI.
• Experience developing platform agnostic and responsive product interfaces.
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript concepts and modern browser capabilities
• Extensive experience in designing rich user experience for financial data and workflow.
• Experience creating visual and design for presentation, banner, and system diagrams.
• Experience working in an agile delivery environment alongside web development teams, and in a highly collaborative manner.
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as Sketch, Abstract, Miro, Figma, and associated design and wire-framing tools.
• Demonstrable UX skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating wireframes, user flows, and research.
• Knowledge of design frameworks such as bootstrap.
• Fluent knowledge of English, spoken and written.
