1.       Need to have at-least 9 years in IBM BPM along with Java experience.

2.       Minimum 8 years Hands-on experience in IBM BPM and Java.

3.       Having experience in Process modeling, workflows, integration with Mediations, BPEL.

4.       Having experience in Mediations and BPEL.

5.       Having good communication and interpersonal skills.

6.       Having good exposure on customer interaction as it an customer facing role where s/he need to work from customer location in New York.

7.       Need to be proactive on taking initiatives.
