Agile Teams Coach / United States / Atlanta / 9 Years Experience

Agile

1. Must be a hands on agile coach. Prior experience working in a product owner and or scrum master role hands on.

2. Understand Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration Continuous Development (CICD)

3. Assess & enhance Agile maturity of teams

4. Attend & assess team during Agile events

5. Ensure Agile dashboards are completed at the end of each Sprint (SCRUM)

6. Facilitate additional metrics collection in partnership with Scrum Master

7. Work with Agile Enterprise Coaches to complete metrics roll-up

8. Identify ongoing training needs for teams

9. Share findings with Agile center of excellence

10. Must have strong understanding of Agile practices

11. Strong influencing skills without having control/authority

12. Excellent Communication/People skills

13. Full commitment to Agile practice, including terminology & mind set

Must have

• Complete understanding of and Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)

• Complete understanding of and Experience with Continuous Integration Continuous Development (CICD tolls – Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, etc)

• Complete understanding of and Experience with Continuous Deployment with focus on push-button release (any tool).

• Complete understanding of and Experience with User Story Writing

• Complete understanding of and Experience with Common Framework – i.e., Logging, Exception Handling, Refractory (to reduce technical debt)
