Need someone that that has Insurance business process experience and strong change management experience
Serve as a liaison between Business, IT, Operations stakeholders and users within projects.
Perform requirements analysis and produce business requirements documents.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements, and all impacted stakeholders are engaged.
Conduct meetings and presentations to share recommendations and findings.
Create business process flows.
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Leverage business and IT knowledge to uncover areas for improvement and develop/implement solutions.
-5 years Business Analyst / Process analysis experience
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to ensure Business and IT stakeholders fully understand the end-to-end solution that will be delivered
-Strong analytical skills with and attention to detail
-Should be highly results driven, with the energy and determination to problem solve and succeed in a very fast paced, deadline driven environment
-Needs to be an independent, creative thinker and a key contributor in driving successful project delivery
-College or university degree and/or relevant work experience required
-Insurance industry experience
-Large scale Business Transformation Program experience
