Responsibilities
· Provide a single point of contact for all data activities relating to new client transitions
· Define and coordinate activities, resources and data to complete transition projects
· Develop and maintain project plans, assign resources, track tasks to completion, and ensure timelines are met
· Establish and communicate priorities
· Own gathering initial datasets for transition projects
· Schedule and facilitate meetings with client team, on-account team, and other project resources
· Build trust within the large project team through effective communication, conflict management and professional rapport
· Identify and communicate opportunities for transition process improvements
· Create and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reporting and status updates
· Prepare presentations and provide briefings to multiple levels and audiences
· Provide application training for new users
· Support existing accounts to resolve data issues and implement data enhancements
· Perform additional job duties and support special projects as assigned"
