Responsibilities Ability to Lead and Manage multiple projects, work with customers and client stakeholders and be able to understand the application topology and business flow and document the requirements Work directly with technologists to develop use cases
Should show qualities of being a successful Leader Execute high quality deliverables across all phases inception through user acceptance testing To include identifying and optimally defining process flows and user interface use cases
Solid understanding of project scope change process control and ability to lead success change control plan
Effectively manage individual workload mentor and proactively communicate status updates
Generate, maintain, and track to project budgets and schedules
Evaluate and improve the delivery framework and tools as needed to support portfolio and project delivery.
Act as a point of escalation for technical questions and assist team in solving them
Apply different approaches ie. situational leadership with teams and individuals that are appropriate to the circumstances to enable project delivery
Create and communicate a vision for the practice to team members as well as others within the business
Create goals, metrics, and related success metrics and communicate progress against them
Apply the appropriate approach to manage portfolio prioritization conflicts, able to influence others and be objective to resolve the conflict to enable the delivery of the portfolio
Facilitate discussions and create buy in into the decision making process to facilitate implementation of decisions and ensure delivery of projects and portfolio on time and budget as agreed
Experience:
5 years’ experience directly managing large distributed team
