The analyst will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team by, providing technical expertise necessary to clearly document business user stories and requirements and ensuring requirements are fulfilled by the technical team.
The analyst will be required to support all phases of the system development lifecycle methodology (requirements, development, testing) for implementing all enhancements.
Works with technical and business staff to research and evaluate alternatives, citing evidence in support of and making recommendations to solutions architect, development team, business stakeholders and product management staff
Supports technical team in configuration and deployment of enhancements and projects
Assists in the development and execution of testing strategies, plans and test cases
Reviews and recommends (mandatory/optional) features needed to optimize the IAM platform
Documents and transitions each assignment with the core workday team.
Help write system/technical documentation
Experience on requirements analysis, data analysis, business intelligence, as well as writing project plans
Generate Ad-hoc reports as needed.
One (1)+ year of experience in SQL development preferred.
2+ years of experience with Agile/Scum methodologies
FNMA experience is preferred
