Job Description:


The Sr. Project Manager plans, organizes, and controls program, project or process in order to deliver required business solutions within agreed time-scales and budgets while ensuring adherence to standards and quality for technolog y projects.





#          The Sr. Project Manager reports directly to the Manager of Project Management.

#          The Sr. Project Manager works an average of 8-10 hours a day, 5 days per week with 2 scheduled off days.

#          Fl exibility in scheduling depends on the needs of the business. Additional work outside of regular business hours may be necessary to meet business needs, but is not common.

#          Limited travel to Lab and Warehouse required.



#          Coordinating internal resources and third parties vendors for the flawless execution of projects

#          Support project management in all phases of the project

#          Creating and maintaining project documen tation in a thorough and consistent manner

#          Development and maintenance of project schedule

#          Ensure timely and effective delivery according as per project plan milestones

#          Communicate project status and issues to executive stakeholders

#          Hold regu lar status meetings, document and communicate project progress to all communication channels

#          Proactively communicate information needed by team members to complete their tasks

#          Provide updates and information to management based on issues, concern s, gaps and or possible changes

#          Manage the completion date and escalate accordingly

#          Work effectively with resources to meet deliverables

#          Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, vendors, and 3rd party relationship s

#          Manage multiple, parallel project tasks using formal project planning techniques and tools

#          Gather consolidate reporting"
