- Work as a Scrum Master/ project manager for the client project
- Adopt Client’s agile scrum process and suggest best practices as applicable
- Conduct all agile scrum ceremonies – stand-up, story refinement, iteration retrospection
- Work with the Product Owner and team on Sprint Plan, End of Iteration Report, Retrospection Report
- Work with Technology leads and Client Scrum Master team on productivity reporting "
- Experience : 10 to 15 yrs
- Nice to have Portfolio & Project mgmt (PPM)
