• Certified System Administrator (CSA) including delta release certification through the current release.
• Experience with Service Now upgrades.
• Assist establishing coding standards to help with consistency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Service Now Partner accreditations and/or micro certifications.
• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification a plus.
• Certified Service Now Developer is a plus.
• Experience or familiarity with agile development and testing methodology..

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4-6 years of relevant experience. Additional years of work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
• 3 years of experience working in a System Admin Role

Knowledge/SkillRequirements
