·         All aspect of a program lifecycle from initiation to closure

·         Leading a program core team that is made up of cross functional disciplines

·         Managing programs budget and resources

·         Delivering on all crucial phase gates of a program including but not limited to quality deliverables

·         Providing programs progress update to the management team

Required skills to have

·         Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

·         6+ years of experience in product development program management

·         Experience in the medical device industry, preferably Lab Diagnostics

·         Certification in program management and knowledgeable in Agile development methodology i.e. SAFe

Who is familiar with: 

·         Have comprehensive training and experience in Project and Program Management disciplines.

·         Have ample experience in managing Software Only project as well as in managing Software and Hardware project

·         Have ability to assess programs against Product Business Case and Project goals to maintain the Project Value Proposition

·         Have the ability to analyze project constraints and find opportunities

·         Can perform contingency planning and implement risk mitigation

·         Have strong leadership and communication skills

·         Have attention to quality in all activities and initiatives

·         Have experience working with cross functional teams across multiple geographic locations

·         Have the ability to relate well and establish credibility with senior leadership
