Summary:

•           Work within Company’s project teams designing and configuring integrated software solutions for Customers in a variety of domains which includes Health and Human Services, Utilities, Probation, Higher Education, Healthcare and more.

•           Role is for Company’s client delivery teams as they have several large and small projects kicking off in the next couple months. 

•           Will need to learn and know the Company’s product prior to getting going on client projects.  Projects range from smaller teams of 6-10 people to larger teams of perhaps 30 people.

•           Participate in small-scale planning and assessment engagements where you will work closely with customers to present and document options, recommendations and roadmaps to support their long-term planning and strategy. 

•           Work in a collaborative environment where you will play a key role in obtaining requirements from clients, lead and take part in JAD sessions and work with internal and external stakeholders.

 

 

Responsibilities of Business Analyst:

•           Plan and lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.

•           Elicit and document business and functional requirements from project stakeholders.

•           Design and document user interfaces (web, mobile).

•           Design and document system interfaces for integrated solutions.

•           Collaborate with customer and Company’ technical resources to validate solution approach and feasibility.

•           Create functional design documents.

•           Configure solutions that are built upon our SaaS case management platform.

•           Support team members through the development and testing of functional designs.

•           Support client team members as they go through user acceptance testing of delivered solutions.

•           Provide status reporting, quality assurance monitoring and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.

 

 

Skills/Experience Requirements:

•           5+ years of IT Business Analyst work experience in the US

•           Lead design sessions and workshops with clients to capture functional requirements.

•           Focus on high quality work under pressure.

•           Presentation skills and the ability to conduct design sessions with key stakeholders.

•           Must be able to manage these sessions in a cooperative and controlled manner.

•           Direct and succinct verbal and written communication style with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

•           Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

•           Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Visio.

•           Experience as a business analyst in projects involving data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and IoT is a plus, but not required.

•           Commercially available software implementation project experience would be a great point of experience.

•           Experience with Child Welfare or Human Services would be huge.

•           Experience managing a client in project management areas with budgets, etc.

•           Technical background and/or technical project experience is a plus, but not required
