Experience working in Oracle Fusion modules in one or more of the following modules: Order Management, Accounts Receivables, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management, Advanced Collections and Sub Ledge accounting.
Serve as an Support Analyst to ensure the day-to-day operational activities are running as expected, resolving incidents, managing updates, performing configurations and performing root cause analysis
Manages production issues if/when they occur to ensure service restoration, root cause analysis and the implementation of preventative actions to avoid future occurrences.
Continually looks for opportunities to refine operational procedures to ensure support is provided in a consistent way with as few errors as possible.
Partner with the business in supporting operational changes to the application portfolio driven by business events, process improvements, bug fixes, or software releases
Work with Oracle Corp for SRs and Patches to assess the changes, define the impacts, and plan appropriately for any regression testing ,
Has thorough understanding of data model, configuration, setups, interfaces
Has through experience on B2B and B2C business process flows and integrations
Should have experience working on BIP and OTBI reports. Assist in providing periodic ad-hoc reports as necessary to assist the Finance and Accounting departments in answering specific business questions
